The Gulf of Riga Regatta takes place for the first time

On June 26, the most active sailors from the Baltics will gather to participate in the Gulf of Riga regatta. Five stages of the course will take racers from Riga to Roomassaare with stops in Roja and Ruhnu island. Sailors will compete ORC, LYS and TEXEL categories.
As noted by Valters Romans, the board member of Latvian Yachting Union and one of event’s organisers, the main goal of the regatta is to improve awareness for the sailing sport in the Baltics by welcoming both experienced and novice sailors. To make the sport available to every enthusiast, we have created an online platform that lets you sign up for the Gulf of Riga regatta even if you are not a member of any team. This way skippers will have a chance to add these members to their teams and fill empty roster spots.
Skippers can sign up for the regatta via registration form on website.
